My computer shows I get about 25.7 avg, that's about 70% highway. Could get better if I cruised @ the speed limit, usually do 77-78 in the 70.

On my Supercharged 2004 Dale Jr I usually get 24-25mpg and I do about 75% highway and 25% city driving. The best mileage I got was 29mpg on a trip to Georgia this past September. The only mod I have is a Borla Cat-back exhaust system. I always figure my mileage by hand. The overhead console usually shows higher mileage but I don't pay attention to it.

In the 05 SS I'm getting 19-21 mpg country roads /city driving and NO highway. I have no idea with the 03 cause I hardly ever drive it anymore - I think I filled the tank up once this whole summer. I just filled it all the way up when I stored it last week. After I did the calculation I got 24 mpg.

Average 18-22 mixed city/highway. Depends on how heavy my foot is feeling. Road trip MPG (mostly all highway) I've managed 25+. 3400 series engine

Just installed a fender well CAI a few days ago, will see if that improves my average any.

I'm averaging 29.4 with a mix of city and highway and mostly the speed limit in the city and a few miles under on the highway.

I would not trust anyones numbers unless they start from a full tank, keep track of the miles, fill the tank and divide the miles by the gallons.
That little thing on the roof, DIC I think, LIES.
Everytime I fill up it has under valued the amount of fuel used, thus inflating MPG.
My number is in my signature, and it is 100% accurate.
I have done a little better than 30 on highway trips, but I avg low 20.
Stock 3800 with 74K on the odo.
