To add onto my figures, around town (30-55mph) i'm getting 20 mpg. Which i think is pretty good. But i had my throttle body cleaned recently and i dont know if that had an affect on fuel economy. No highway figures since the cleaning.

Highway mileage MPGs also take into the fact that the car is at operating temperature the whole time.

@Leprechaun93: If you do not mind me asking, to what extent, or how, did you have the throttle body cleaned/how was it cleaned?

Believe it or not, they are not hard to remove. I usually like to replace the gasket when I remove it, although they say they are reusable.

You just need a good torque wrench when you put it back on, as you want it tight, but you don't want to overtighten it and crack the plastic of the UIM.

Not sure to what extent it was cleaned, my mechanic was trying to solve a different problem and that was one of the things he did.
