that is pretty gay but when my brother got his hood on his 2000 monte he said there wasnt any difference that he could tell... but one thing on the plus side of the hood i love driving his car cuz it makes the front end look so much more aggresive from the drivers seat.

exactly what i was going to ask...it wont do anything if you dont buy the kit to feed into the air intake system...i think its like 100 bucks extra or something on the monte hood...

yeah but he doesnt have the stock box he had it custom made to fit his trasher box its got a nice seel and everything...i forgot who made it for him but it was some company that was thinking about making a production model for the hood to the thrasher intake but after they made his and a few others i think the company went under... next time i talk to him ill see what it was all about

Cold air is one thing. Ram air is another.
Ram air only works if the car is moving. (ram air = car moving)
With all the votes for the hood just remember my post. You can't get any additional ponies to the pavement then you wasted your $$$$$.

You guys and gals are not making it easy on me i was thinking headlights because of the car show season but then DHP because of the summer cruises every friday A.K.A. street raceing
but the hood could be for function and style/ looks
and as rj said what is the point of power if it cant get to the ground
and i have been wanting a new spoiler for a while
