2006 Monte Carlo LT 3.9L.

Looking for a few more ponies.

What power programmer to use?

Anyone using one and can share real world observations or feedback?

Look into having will at overkill send you a mail order tune. Probably the best bet

I will say, he is really bad about responding to emails in a timely manner, at least from my experience.
