Yeah, as far as I know, the LT3 is standard with the 3.9,

I don't believe this is accurate information.



This is the 3LT I was going to buy. It has a 3.5 under the hood w/cloth seats. The car does not have the auto dimming rear view, heated seats, 8 speaker system, or the hands-free calling. It did have the race inspired rear spoiler & 17" wheels.

NOTE:
The car also did not have the duel climate controls or the MP3 compatible stereo.

The information about the lower body moldings is correct that the LS, 1LT, 2LT, & 3LT all got black moldings where the LTZ & SS have body color moldings. (GM considers black a lower level color where add ons are concerned, and the SS of course got a different ground effects then all the others)

 

It wasn't a 3LT if it had a 3.5. Maybe a 2LT but a 3LT comes standard with 3.9.

3.9L engine was standard ONLY in the LTZ
Any other model you had to pay for the engine.

As you can tell the LTZ has the most standard items.....

 

I think if you read the fine print in that link under the engines for the LT is says A4, it says the 3.9 only with the 3LT package.

 

Yep its included with the 3LT
which means just like my LTZ fully loaded we all paid for each and every upgrade from a car that started as a base model.

I dont know if there is away that we can find out

How does one know if one has the 200 watt amp option?

There is a silver amp between my rear speakers, but it doesn't have the wattage.

 

Oops, I jumped the gun again. 200 watt amp is standard in my car and an accessory on the SS. Good post Mrrench.
