Wow, you got a god deal. Bought mine Mar. 2002 dropped about 28K on it. Is yours the "Limited edition", mine is, perhaps that is a small price difference, but 21k is a super price. Lucky!!

It's not a "Limited Edition" , but it is full of options. Heated seats, sunroof, etc. I was only willing to spend a certain amount, and the salesman I was dealing with wanted to make a sale.

I hope so. The only thing that doesn't work is the automatic trunk. I'm still trying to decide if it is worth fixing. The new suspension really makes a difference.

I have a few things to do on my 2007.

Replace the drivers side plastic cowl. I have a new GM part
Replace the two Headlight Assemblies. I have two new GM parts
Replace the Left & Right outside window sweeps. Have new GM parts being installed 8/10
Repaint rubber around left & right rear side windows
Remove rear spoiler and clean. Crud is growing :-o
Claybar, Buff & Ceramic coat paint.

Other than that the rest is detailing. My car has 29k on the clock so it still in excellent shape. The car will sit in the garage from November to May while I'm south for the winter.

I snuck a peek at your pics, and you have a nice one. I really like the look of the 06 & 07. How do you like the 5.3 L v8?

Thanks :-) The 5.3 LS4 is impressive. The torque is the high point of the cars performance so far. I would suggest getting rid of the OE intake box and installing a K&N filter and letting the engine breath a little better. Also removing the exhaust resonator which I have already done gave the exhaust a better sound and exhaust flow. After I finish all the little details I will have a local performance shop download a custom performance program to get the most out of the 5.3.

Once I finish all the little details, the car will be show ready at local meets & shows. It attracts a lot of attention now and it hasn't been detailed yet.

I picked up my Black 2006 LTZ with 44,000 miles for $1500 from my in-laws...
Has some minor "GM fender cancer" in the rear wheel wells, but its just starting so I'm hoping I can fix it myself before it spreads. Headlight glass is pretty cloudy - I'm hoping they'll buff clear once I get a chance to mess with them...
I feel like I got a pretty good deal
