Just got my hands on my first Monte and I am trying to decide what color to paint.

I owned a 70 when it was new for about 6 months and then some one wanted to buy it and I went to a Camaro. Mine was white with a white vinyl roof.
I did some hunting and found these photo's.

What year camaro ? I have a 1980 Z28 4 speed

wht02monte....That color of blue is currently the 2nd choice....But we just got rid of a car that color.

I got a 70-1/2 Z-28 off the showroom floor in a Hugger Orange had the LT1 and a 4 gear and posi. Virtually untouchable in the quarter mile. Unless I missed the shift (rare but it happened)
Later I had a RS 76 or 77 my wife had a blue 71 when we first met and later on a 79. Always enjoyed the Camaros.

A few years back I almost purchased a 71 Monte ss with the 454 in Black and it had factory black interior buckets, one of those Black/on/black/on/ black. kool car for sure. But the old lady stopped it cause we were putting a kid thru College.
