I agree with Jamie. I like Laser Blue Metallic! LOL Gee I wonder why! hahaha

Anyway, I would NEVER change the color of my car...I LOVE it! If my car ever needs a paint job, it will be painted the exact same color!

Personally when I get it painted (after the body work : hood, kit, spoiler) I think I'm going to take my Monte back to being 100% black. No more of these stripes on the bottom.

Why a tint of red or blue in the clear. If your looking for that kind of effect, then use pearls instead.

Laser Blue for a GM stock look, and flat black... maybe even glossy stripes, for a more "custom" look.

I'd probably keep my 03 red & silver but would repaint the 05 Laser Blue Metallic with the Silver ground effects in a heart beat!

My Monte? Now that I've got the grey/black scheme going the color has grown on me so I'd leave it the same but redo some of the black in the future.

Now I saw one of the new aqua colored Camaros at the dealer here in our little 3k people town and that is a pretty sweet color. I've always liked the Caddy white pearl that's out. I think Jetstream blue (Newer Vette version) and Hugger orange (Camaro 'vert concept version) are my favorite GM colors.

if you paint cars everyday, youll find THE most used black code for GM is WA8555. basically its jet black with the tiniest splash of white in it.

and the most commen white is WA8624. the year of the car will make it either olympic white(2004 or lower)) or frost white (2005 and up)

i dunno but ive never seen any GM code with just 50 *ponder* if i typed that into my mixer at work id have 1000 differnt codes from every make and model under the sun

that i dont understand why everyone is so insitant on using gm codes.. pick one from a book and mix it up. who cares if you put a ford color on your GM, as long as you like it
