In not much of a fan but I was just wondering...What Chevy model will be used in NASCAR if/when GM discontinues production of the Monte Carlo?

Heaven forbid!! I thought it was interesting that Ford switched to the Mazda 6-based Fusion for NASCAR racing. I thought that NASCAR was all about American Muscle, why do we now have a Japanese-inspired car running laps now? Nothing against the Japanese at all, but it just seems off, you know? It's like seeing a Mustang or a Camaro (or a Monte Carlo for that matter, in a recent post) with riced-out body hardware. It just doesn't look quite right.
