The Weekend "Pit Stop" Brake-Job! How long?
I got my two Main-men coming-over from New York.
We got a good Floor Jack. We got four good Jack Stands. We got a Full set of Tools. Maybe even decent enough weather to do this thing outside in the driveway.
Complete New Brake Job on the Monte'.
Calipers.
Rotors.
Pads.
Front and Rear.
Including a Full System Flush with New Brake Fluid.
3 Guys. One Monte. ALL New Parts.
From start to finish, ... How long will this job take us???
(I'm guessing 3.5 Hrs. Am I close?)

Well you did call this The Weekend "Pit Stop" Brake-Job! How long?
So I guess with "Pit Stop" 4 to 5 hours , with BS talk could be longer ? BEER ?

You could probably do it in 3.5 hrs if everyone is doing something. I did this job years ago on a 98 Grand Prix by myself and it took about six hours. I didn't replace the calipers but did everything else you mentioned.
I put both ends on jackstands from the start so I didn't have to stop and do the other end later. Cleaning the slide bolts and slide bolt holes took a little bit of time in my case but with new calipers, you won't have to do the holes and your new calipers may come with new bolts.
On the brake flush, I siphon as much of the old fluid that I can out of the Master cylinder with a turkey baster and put all new fluid in so I don't have to pull all of that dirty fluid through the system. It shortens the time it takes to flush out the lines.
With three people doing something different, you should be in good shape. Good luck and let us know how long it actually took.

Got the Monte serviced in no time flat.
Everybody had a different attack. But, we wound up working like a team.
9AM
Hit it.
Rear end first.
Took-off both sides and replaced everything; new.
After a brutal Winter; my Rear Brakes were shot.
Calipers frozen; Rotors badly rusted.
Put the Rear-end on and Bleeded New Fluid to the Rear.
Troops liked my "One Man Bleeder" for expelling all traces of air.
No complications.
Broke for Coffee and kept moving.
11:30 Lunch
Brunch. Delightful. Gourmet Eggplant Parm.
12:30
Back in action. Fronts. Just enough Brake Pads left to say so. Rotors undamaged.
Pulled Rotors; De-Crud and De-glazed.
Wire-brushed rust crown. De-glazed with 320 and Orbital Sander.
Calipers and Mounts cleaned, Wire Brushed and Sprayed.
New Hardware and Rubbers.
Loosened and AntiSeized Bleeders
Flush and Bleed whole system. Twice.
3:45 Done.
Highway tested at 75mph. Great Performance and NO Fade or Pull.
