Hmm. Tough call. Knowing me, I would make the 600 mile or so trip up to ZZP to have them put it on the Dyno, Tshoot it and tune it in.

Other than that I'm not sure why you would be having these probs.

 

Duh, if you downed the compression... you wouldn't need to put in as much fuel... is the map you're runing tuned for the compression ratio?

 

I mean duh as in duh, I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner.. I mean.. if the compression goes down, shouldn't you run it leaner, because if you put in the same amount of fuel, which is intended to keep the mix from burning too soon because of higher compression... is this making sense to anyone but me?
