This is the reply I got from the company that makes/sells the trunk lid covers.

Sorry as of 12-31-08 Resyuh is no longer in business

Kind of explains why pfyc.com isn't selling them anymore.

Someone here got the same response from pfyc.com

Anyway, if they went out of business Jan 1st, then shouldn't they take down their website? Or at least put a notice on there? Talk about getting people's hopes up.

Or even better, sell off the old stock!!!Did they close their doors the minute the last liner shipped out?

What about the 90 day return/refund/exchange?????

Cause by my calendar I've still for close to 6 weeks left on this.

What if I'm unhappy and want a replacement?

Maybe they left the website up so that RJ can return his liner if it isn't satisfactory.
If they take the site down in about six weeks, we'll know.

I won't hold my breath thinking they're waiting to see if I'm satisfied or not with their product.

really couldnt something like this be made from just about anything? I dont know if it would work because of subwoofers etc. but I personally think making the top of the trunk mirrored with the SS logo etched in red onto it would look pretty great. Just my oppinion on this topic I do love the the ones the few of you have here seems like you guys got lucky on buying them since the business closed.

Your idea reminded me of a hood liner that I saw on a customized Chevy SSR last summer at a local car show. Here's a few pics under the hood:
