Default Tranny Working Fine After Owner Gets Dope-Slapped!

My Tranny's fine.
All it needed was about a Cup-'n-a-half of Tranny Fluid.

Once I looked at the "Other Side" of the Dip Stick; I noticed the Fluid Level was low.
I didn't know that there was a Gradient engraved on one side of the Dipstick.
I was going by the little holes drilled in the end.
Once I discovered that there was a "Fill Zone" Stamped on the other side; I chalked the Dipstick and checked the Fluid Level with the Engine running and warmed-up good.

The Trans needed juice.
Not very much; but the Level was below the line.
Topped that baby up and took her for a spin.
Silk.
No more dropping-in to gear.

After a few Shifts from Drive through Neutral and Reverse ... the silky-smooth operation of my Transmission returned and my anxiety level returned to normal.

Thanks to everybody who responded to the other Post.
It was while Googling the Solenoid location and install that I ran into the info on making sure the level was up.

It's great to read that your problem was resolved & that all you needed was to give `Evelyn some fluid
Wish you many more fun/happy trouble`free miles...
