Tranny shifts hard when warmed up

I had the transmission fluid changed with Dex 3. It was a pan drop with new filter. The pan didn't look bad at all, and there wasn't anything stuck to the magnet.
I also put ISO dry gas in.
I have put about 175 miles on it and it seems to be better. Last night I had a idiot playing games with me on the highway, so I punched it and it dropped down into passing gear and shot up to 90 with no problem.
