Which sound do you guys like better? The whine of a supercharger or a turbo spooling. Personally I like the supercharger sound pry mainly cuz that's what I have but I think it sounds a little more tough and muscle sounding. What are your opinions? And why

 

I'm a supercharger man! Love that whine.

 

Lol it's definitely a distinct sound. I wonder what people think when you pull up and they hear that lol. Pry not expecting it from a monte.

 

Supercharger. Gotta love that sounds, and the instant torque.

 

Supercharger, no where near as common as a turbo, everything is turbo these days, not much is supercharged.

 

Very true. Turbo seems a bit more ricy. I don't like the ricers lol.

Turbo all the way!! The sound of a turbo spooling up with that distinct whistle sound and then the most awesome sound ever is a good sounding blow off valve releasing pressure! Nothing beats that in my opinion.

Not to mention its way easier to make more HP with a turbo than it is with a sc hence why most cars now a days are turbo cars.

 

Turbo spoiling sounds like a diesel truck taking off with a turbo lol that's what it reminds me of. Neat sound. Sc quicker!! Haha turbo can be easier fit to a motor that's why so popular

 

Agree John, there are no Supercharged cars in the top 10 on the Street Outlaw's, all Turbo!! Go big or stay in the garage...
