Dang, just read the article... a s/c only gives an additional 40hp over JG SS version.
200hp and compared to 240hp for the Dale jr. edition!

Those Jeff Gordon editions have REALLY nice interiors. How did they NOT do that in a Dale Jr. edition?? WTF!? It's a year NEWER!! They could have at least done some contrast stiching or something to spice it up a bit!

 

Its only 40 HP with the supercharger, but its 55 FT LBS of torque too.

 

I like those Dale Sr's they look really cool.

 

I'm new here so i have a question that i'm quite sure most of you already know. I've seen a few not many, matter of fact it's pretty rare that i've seen these, but what does the letters TS and their are some words below it that i couldn't make out on the doors of some Monte's mean.

Someone on one of the Mote forums used to make fun of the Pace car owners. Cause non were superchaged from the factory. I think it was in 2000 Monte Carlo?

 

Nah, I wouldnt' poke fun at the SS, it's a great car, AND a great engine. Especially after I ran with a tiny lil 3.4 LS for so long, I would have been VERY satisfied with an SS! Not everyone is fortunate enough to find one with an s/c. And believe me, that extra 55lbs of torque is WELL worth the price of admission!! Kudos to all those SS owners out there!

 

wow, can you not see? the 04 SR Intimidator is SUPERCHARGED???
