Hey weren't bad Sonin, they were only like 11.00 for a pair and no, the install for me took less than 30 min. I recommend getting a little extra power and ground wire b/c the ones that come with it are really short.

Thanks Jomao. And it actually comes wired to a box where you can change the speed of the strobes you just gotta ground it and get your power wire and I got them at Auto Zone. It wasn't too bad of a deal.
