I have gotten a pair of 16" Spoke Styled Aluminum stock wheels from a 2006/07 Impala and would like to mount them on my 2006 Monte Carlo LS. I will be moving over the stock tires from my original steel-bolt-on hub cabs.
The wheels did not come with lug nuts but I picked up McGard Chrome Lug nuts correct MC size that are cone shaped.
Will this cause any issues?

It shouldn't. As much as it pains me to say this. The 2006 & 2007 Monte Carlo's have been (jokingly) called 2-door Impala's.
You shouldn't have any issues that I know of.
