i kind of wish i could do what i can do without the blower, but the design of the 3.8 head makes the engine require boost for any decent amount of power, i ran n/a for the longest time and at the high point before the engine blew sky high i was beating the ls4 monte's and gxp and most pulley'd gtp prix's all day, i beat my friend in his 3.4 pulley'd xp cammed 2007 grand prix.... he wasn't too amused but i explained why he lost and he felt a lot better, he was running ridiculously heavy 18" steel 20+ spoke wheels and heavy tires
