yes i'm going to do the intake swap. i'm leaning toward the L26 intake cause i want to get it polish or maybe the L36 cause i like to get it air brush paint on it too. i don't know...if i'm undeciding yet.
i touch bases with triple edge performance little bit on the turbo set up and he told me what kind of setup he's gonna do. i'm pretty new with the turbo thing so i have lot of reading to do. i'll be out of town to drop my father's gtp off at his place next month for the gen 5 swap and he's gonna take me out for a spin on the grand national with L67 block and T61 turbo that he built for his buddy to get the feeling how i like turbo car. i'm pretty exciting, hopefully i won't **** all over myself, LMAO. from what he told me it's running low 11 and making over 500 whp. i'm gonna try to get some video if he let me. the T61 is what he wants to use on my car and said i'll be making over 450 whp easy and about 600 hp at the crank. there are so many different turbos out there and the T61 will make just as much power as the stattama T67. i was browsing on clubgp and check out on people with T67 and some of them are making around 400ish whp and running low 12's that's not the numbers i want. with good launch and tune plus my xp cam, heads, and the rest of my bottom end i have good potential for 11's.

enzo354 dyno and track are coming in october. there will be a dyno day at the local club 3 pulls for $55. i'm looking forward for it. i'm guessing about 350 whp maybe??? track is october 24 also by local club meet. i got my M/T slicks too. i should have a good launch this time i hope. i will definitly put my stock wheels on the back this time.


blacksheep, yes she was slow last time i took her to the track. it was my first time at the track and i was running with my big *** 'stang 18x9 bullitts. i was still happy that i pull 13.6 at 103mph tho. i'll be a happy camper if i pull a 12's this time.

You got a GREAT car! Tim at ZZPerformance tried a couple of times toturbocharge the supercharger on my car. You ever think about doing that to your car? Best of both worlds, they say. Torque from the S/C, and top end from the turbo.
you talkin about twin charged? i already inquired about that already and was told not a good idea. few guys done it, but their numbers in the 1/4 miles and dyno are not that impressive. you can get about that same numbers with turbo along. it takes hp to spin the blower, right there is where you be losing some hp. yes the blower will give more toque and probably spool the turbo faster and that's about it. also you don't need bigger turbo to make power either. i'll be going turbo at the end of the year, T66 or T61 is what i'm looking at.
You could always throw a bottle at it if you wanna spool the turbo faster, not sure how well that would work on a Monte but I've heard good things about that setup on other applications. A nitrous kit is relatively inexpensive too if ya think about it. Depending on what kit you use and how much spray it
