Well I had to renew my current plates but I did order the RT 66 plates - can't wait to get them. It says it will take 30-45 business days.

stupid question time..... is it illegal to cut your license plate? Why I ask, because I have a frame that my plate doesn't fit into very well, I need to cut a tad off the bottom to get it to fit into the frame......

here is a pic of the frame and a new listing for the same frame that I currently have......

I thought all license plates are the same size? I think someone messed up on the measurements for the plate frame. I'd stay away from that.

I would think as long as the expiration date and all identifying numbers show clearly, you're legal. It sounds like the frame was cut wrong.

Brent really wants to take a RT 66 trip and since it looks like we are getting our 72 Monte back - that would be the perfect car to travel in. (The Chevelle has too high a gear in the back).
