She's My first!
Two Days Ago I got my First Car, An 01 Monte Carlo SS, got her at 60k for 6k.
All options cept for Leather.(I don't like leather seats) Very Happy with my Buy.
I'm going to leave it stock for the rest of the winter, However, In the spring I'm looking to do some customizations to it.
- Looking to throw in a CAI along with Ram-Air Hood(GOTTA have that!)
-Throw a spanking exhaust system on it with some really nice chrome tips.
- I def need a new Audio System. In the Spring the tires gotta go, I'd like to see some 20's on it.
- Also need to have the rims match the car( Blue all the way) The Current tires are seasonal but have monster tread left so I picture they can last through a winter or two.
-Surfboard OUT, Nascar IN!
-Slight Tint all around
-Trash the Pinstripes and Get some decals or Stripes painted on, white perhaps?
-Blackout the Headlights(Maybe), and swap the tails for the LED type.
-MAYBE, just, MAYBE a bodykit, I like the few see around, and frankly NO OTHER monte has had a bodykit added onto it in my hometown, you see quite a few of MC'S (not as much as Impala's.. GOSH!) no nice visual customizations to tell them apart.
I would love to bump it from 200(Wikipedia says it does anyhoo) to 300 horses, But I'm lost as to how to do that xD. I'm Sure the CAI and Exhaust will help but otherwise I'm lost.
I'm so proud that This is my first car, I love Mc's, My Ride home on the highway was probably one of the happiest moments in my life lol.
Feel free to leave suggestions, This IS my first car, Any pointers to make sure it stays in top shape and in good condition will be appreciated.

There is a very detailed thread on how to mod your Monte performance wise.
IMO i wouldn't paint the wheels to match the car, i would get chrome though.
Maybe you can get the interior to blue LEDs to customize the inside.
I do like the wind deflector you got there on the sunroof, think about a Monte Carlo decal on the wind deflector up there? just an idea, havent seen that before.
Ram hood, will look nice, but that should be one of the last things to add before you modify your engine. ^.^ IMO
