I know there's hoods with the scoop molded into it for the 2000-2005 Montes available from a couple places on the net. I think www.pfyc.com has one in their Monte Carlo section.
Maybe check with member "kweef" where he got his.

 

as for the clear bra....... no. end of story. it will ruin the look of it. (i already tried it a bit.. no dice) in order for me to have two hoods i would definately have to make it a strip car. not going to happen.
next spring im planning on purchasing a ls1 and building it. (wooooo) then the monte will be everyday driver . which for that i need car for this winter. the monte wont be drivin this winter. anyone know of one.
