The new lights look sweet. As for the custom painted front end, I really like it.
I'd be so afraid of damage from stone chips and such though.

 

i keep my distance from others. but either way if i ever get splattered i can always just paint it black again. or get the one hood thats out there. (rock ships are the reason i painted it))

 

Dude, if I were you I'd definitely get the clear bra installed, wouldn't even have to think about it.

As for the hood, You could get another hood in black and switch them out at times like for shows or cruises where there isn't much traffic, or if I had your car and really could afford something, I would get the MPD Inc Ram Air Hood and use that for the streets and drag strip and the very nice custom painted one for shows and weekend cruises.
