Oh, I feel your pain. I really do.
I was on break at work, sitting in my monte, seat back, just chilling, listening to Alice, and this old lady comes around the corner with a cart with like 3 groceries. Now, I'm parked on the side of the building with a good 3 foot curb from my car's hood to the wall of the building. She leaves her cart to the right of my car, and takes her groceries to load them up into her car. All of the sudden I see the cart headed straight for my baby. WHACK. Right below the front right headlight. 3 inch scratch, and a small dent on the license plate recession to boot. I swing my door open (See, I've had ******** like this before, one guy slammed his car door up against my baby, no damage, but he got an earfull) and immediatley yell "Ma'am. Do you realize your cart just hit my car?" She replies "No, did it?" so I point at the cart which is still in contact with my front end. She goes "I'm sorry but if you guys offered to carry out my groceries more often stuff like this wouldn't happen" At that very moment, a nuclear bomb went off in my head, and I just let it loose. "Ma'am, that is NOT my ****in' problem. I am ON BREAK, OFF the clock, and I'm having a stressful day dealing with people like you." she realizes what she said and she gives me her info, and she paid for the repairs in full. That's not all I said to her, if I say any more, you guys may think I'm predjudice against the elderly. lol.
Yes, I am 16, and yes, I work at a grocery store. lol. I've had my baby for 9 months now and I love her to death and haven't got a scratch on her.

Too bad you don't live in my neck of the woods. My Fiancee is an awesome car detailer. A quick wet sand and buff and that scratch would be history!
