If it makes you feel better, one of the mechanics at a Chevy dealership snapped off one of the mounting studs holding the fuse block to the passenger side strut tower. So even the "professionals" do it.

That does help a little haha.... I had to special order the new crossover bolts today 
not sure when there gonna get here but I will post pics once the damn thing is in ha

UPDATE: Had to special order new exhaust crossover bolts. There on there way...
ZZP said that I have all the right part numbers and everything should work: Still don't believe them.
Called the company that I bought the hood from, Said I was SOL because it was after 14 days of purchase and I should just take it to a body shop.... great so I can spend more money.
Todays to do list:
Replace all the fender screws with chrome ones: Done and looks amazing
Paint the new F+R sway bars red
Put her up on jackstands and start the suspension.... wonder what will go wrong next!

Aftermarket hoods are usually made of fiberglass, they won't guarantee the fit ever. You have to prep the fiberglass, and shape it and fix it to fit on the car, they are never sold guaranteed to bolt right up and align stuff.
Crossover bolts ARE THE WORST, PB Blaster needs to soak overnight, then spray more and set up, then spray more and more and be very careful with them.

Well here is the latest news.... got the zzp thing taken care of, the hood I still keep getting BS'ed around on so that is still a ongoing process....
worst part though.... I have to get the car towed to a shop cuz I cannot get the broken bolts out and I dont wanna break anymore than I already have so I think its the best idea, I feel bad I cannot do it myself but I dont have the tools I need and I dont wanna force anything. While its in the shop, im going to get a tranny flush and filter changed.
