Hey I've done some searching on the forum for the answer to this but cant find it anywhere. What model car's roof rails fit a 6th Gen, I've found a set off of a 01 GTP could someone let me know if they will fit thanks alot for any info, if its in a post somewhere and missed it I apologize.

 

theres only one set of roof rails and they were used for various models, so youll be fine with those rails

 

Roof Rails only came on Special Edition Grand Prix, Daytona Grand Prix, and 40th Anniversary Grand Prix.

They all are the same, just different colors and they all fit our cars.

No problem! When you do get them make sure you wait for a very warm and nice day to install them.

 

Yeah I have a warehouse furnace in a 20x20 garage, 35 degrees C, in a matter of minutes so that wont be an issue but thanks for the heads up. Do you know if you have to remove the molding that is there before install or install right over them?

 

Yeah remove the molding.

There is a how to installs them in the how to section.

When you remove and clean up the original molding slots, make sure you put the roof rails in without any sticky tape so you can see if you need to bend the rails.

Mine needed to be bent so I had to sit them out in the sun for a while then "mold" them with my hands.

 

i forgot what the roof rails look like is it the roof rails like it is on the venture??? or can some one post a pic on what they look like?
