I'm guessing there were at LEAST a dozen AMC cars at the MIS event. 5-6 AMX's, Javelins, and even a Gremlin with a 401, and, get this, a Matador!

So that's where all the AMC cars were - in Michigan LOL!

 

I know for a fact that there are a bunch in SoCal. I helped with the start of the SoCal AMC before they joined forces with SoCal AMX.

gotta love road america...thats where i took my motorcycle class and it was a porsche club weekend. there must have been 100 porsches there. did u happen to go to elkhart lake (the town) on sat night? alot of times the racers take the cars to the main drag and play a little. thats alot of fun to watch! gotta love the gt40s...such a sexy car

 

My Fiance stayed with some friends Sat and he went downtown Friday and Sat and he took some cool pics, but it was raining. Next year I want to go for the whole weekend.
