Default RickCoMatic's Coolant Leak - Dealership Response

I think I got hosed. Literally.
Look. I'm 61 years old and have been wrenching on my own and for a living since a good audio system in the car was a center-dash speaker.
If something makes a noise or the engine won't start; I know what to look for.
I own a complete set of tools and what I don't have for a job I'd get before starting.
Looks like I going to have to get me a GM Push Rod Extraction Tool. The Dealer turned me away on replacing the Lower Intake Gasket on my Monte. Not before showing me one-half of a Factory-Installed, Assembly-line moving, Upper Radiator Hose, "Speed Clamp".

One-half.
They showed me one-half of the clamp.
The other half was still on the hose, in the indentation where it grabbed the hose.
THIS was my problem.
The Service Manager handed me the piece and then showed me the other half on the car.
I closed my eyes, lifted my chin and puckered my lips and just silently stood there a moment.
The kid never saw that one, I guess, because he asked me if i was thinking!

I went-over the details with the young fellow, just to show him my side.
Look at that engine compartment. Clean. Detailed. Brake Master full of clean fluid. New Spark Plug wires. No dirt. Tape bearing when Air Filter was replaced. New fasteners in several places and a first-class wiring job for the Fog Lights. I take care of what's under the hood like a Navy Chief Engineman. Squared-away.

If damn-near two gallons of DexCool leaked out of the Upper Hose; I think there would be a mess to clean. Not a perfectly clean engine compartment with the 3400 raised letters on the Plenum wearing some of my wife's best Red Nail Polish.

Where is the evidence the Hose leaked?

They charged me $51.01 for a Hose Clamp and sent me on my way!

So in 2 weeks when you are still losing coolant and the hose clamp is still there, then what are they gonna say?
