Changed my design plan because i didn't feel like waiting on the element to ship. I instead dismantled my 4 year old mini fridge that I never used; Ill have some pics up tommorow of my progress. I have the entire fridge built except for the interior trim. Installing into my car sometime this week!!!

 

I altered my design. i took my old mini fridge apart and am using a power converter to supply the right amount of electricity.

Find canada spec house styroafoam insulation. I have some and it has a crazy high r value. Like double whats in a fridge. It runs around $250 a panel but would work better then anything else you can buy. its like r 15. Its higher then what they use in fridges. which is like r 7
