Looks good!
I also would have probably preferred a black SS or some sort of Dale edition, but I found this blue '03 Pacecar first and couldn't pass it up.

When I first started I was looking at any and all '00+ Monte Carlo SS's, but also considering '98 or '99 Z34's with the 3800. I wasn't looking for any Limited Editions, but I found my Pacecar on Craigslist 50 miles away in the same price range as regular SS's and I LOVED the color, the Taz decals and flags. The only regret I have is that I worry more about running up the miles and I don't drive it at all in the winter snow and salt.

Looks good enough, seems like there needs to be something more done to make those wheels pop, can't put my finger on it. Perhaps a 1/4" Yellow or Red stripe all the way around on the wheels lip. Maybe not, just not totally working for me, but then maybe there is not a lot more one could do and this is just going to have to be it. Nice effort in customizing your Yellow Monte. I actually tried to get one, but they did not offer the 02 Monte SS with the ground effects and Nascar spoiler in the Yellow color so the saleman concluded after doing his research.
