I'll bet he has a cute lil puppy too......I didn't understand the low balling (ouch! makes me cringe) comment either....I agree you would sink much more into a project, time and money to build this so the price isn't out of line even with the cheep-o cd deck like you could possibly hear it anyways with the muffs dropping directly below the cabin....
In this down turn of the economy I would say he's dumping this for the cash and I'm sure you'll see many more toys hit craigs list as well.......including scammers who DONT have a video or phone number!!!!!!!
