Good job on the win, but IMO having to roll race 200 hp cars is kinda goofy. I guess its one way to eliminate the awd advantage, but he'll still own you out of the hole.

it's a harder car to race to win, especially without traction and comparable boost, especially if it's not a straight line race... He could have a lot of hidden, cheap mods, hell, just a boost controller, he could be pushing more boost... but the fact that you're taking him on the rolls, probably means either A) he doesn't know how to drive it, and keep it up in boost, or B) The AWD traction is just plain killing you out the hole. Frankly I was crushing them in my mildly modified fox mustang, and the only time they were competitive was out the hole (but I'd always run them down), and 50ish mph rolls if the guy knew how to drive it.
