I have a 1995 monte carlo that is white with white rims. I had recently seen another monte carlo from the same make, model and color as mine. I checked out the other car, and they both were made in canada in 04/1994. The other one i didnt own had this emblem on the back seat. The emblem, which was a circle in the middle with what looked to be the shape of texas inside it. The car also had somthings that appered to be like the z34 modles because of the red chevy emblems on the outside and inside of the car. It had the words "monte carlo" in white lettering across the windshield, above the words "monte carlo" on the side of the car there was a red chevy emblem. I was trying to figure out what this was, but all my research online resulted in nothing if anyone has any information id like to know.

Well I have a 2002 limited edition so I'm guessing thats what you have. I don't think Chevy made special editions.
