Yeah definitely agreed, go ahead and imagine a green 6th gen SS. That would be putrid for sure, not to mention Christmas themed with the red SS, baha. Still waiting to see one, just because, thanks to Enzo I know they exist. XD

Disclaimer: If you own a green SS, I love you and your green car and I'm sorry for hurting your feelings. >.>

Doesn't look that bad.. I guess. http://fcauto.net/pictures/1519

Weird though that the vin website says that every jasper green monte carlo is an SS, when I ran the codes.

This is a common problem that all the "driver" and pace car editions have. There is no production # stamped anywhere on the car from GM, and it's not part of the VIN either.

I believe Chevy numbered each car after the cars came off the assembly line.

The only thing you could possibly do is to call Chevy Customer Assistance, and hope they're in a good mood. Some people have had good luck from them. Not only finding out their production #, but also got the unclaimed certificate of authenticity.

Unfortunately, many others got stone-walled and given the run-around.

But here's the number I have for Chevy Customer Assistance:

1-800-222-1020
