What would cause my 2002 ss to keep going through power steering pumps, this is my 3rd one in a year of replacing the original

 

Possible the rack and pinion?

 

They keep leaking from the bottom of the reservoir where the line goes in

 

Based on the description of your leak:
- Bad line (maybe a week clamp if this is the low pressure line)
- If this is the high pressure line with the fitting, possibly cross threading.
- Something not routed properly causing a stress point to per-maturely damage something.

Those are the best thoughts I have so far.
