Now that I've seen it striped ... in a wide variety of colors ... including GREEN! ... I guess it looks OK as is. There's no sense trying to make it anything other than what it is. I'm leaving it alone.

But, it sure does look nice with the windows tinted and the dual exhaust tips out the back.

Guess I'll put energy into making it look as nice as I can get it without going overboard trying to get it to look like a big Muscle Car. I guess the thing to do is leave it alone ... get the big, white BowTie off the Rear Window and be glad it looks as good as it does.

I devote my time and energy to keeping it nice looking and running in tip-top condition ... Stock.
Well ... Stock, plus the Fog Lights.
I NEEDED to do the Fog Lights.
It looked a little "Cheap" with the Fog Lights not in there.
They'll be able to come-on and actually illuminate the road by Monday!

 

IMHO, you need a nice set of chrome wheels, some 18's, like these Dalr Jr Hustlers

Also, tint the windows and add the dual exhaust.

 

I'd have to win the Lottery to start doing stuff like that. And, I know I didn't win the Lottery, this week, because I didn't buy a ticket ... even though the prize was something ridiculously close to the National Debt.

With that kind of money I won't be buying any new wheels for this Monte of mine ... I'll be at the Marina shining the Brass and Chrome on my Yacht!
Then supervising the loading of my Monte onto the Yacht and sailing off to germany to have the Mods done by a German Racing team and spending afternoons seeing if the Monte will go 500 Miles running Flat-out on the Autobahn!

I've had her up to 102 for a second.

I didn't want to say it before, but yeah, the bowtie in the back window should go.
I think you should definitely save up for a surfboard style spoiler, and install it. It would go great with your vinyl top.

 

I agree, no bow tie on the back window, tinted and chrome tips is cool!

That made me laugh. I was bored outta my mind when I did those and felt like being a bit silly.

Maybe I should go find a ricer forum and start doing some photoshopping for them, they might actually like that weird color stripes, but probably only on one side...
