I think the red bow tie on all that black paint looks great!

And you guys keep it up with the door sill covers, I'll be at my local dealer ordering a set pretty soon.

 

Hey 06BlackSSthat's why we live in America so we can have an opinion. If you didn't want one you shouldn't have asked. I also believe that I said "those sill plates are the exact same ones I have for my '06 LTZ." Funny how people omit the stuff they don't want hear!! AGAIN like the sill plates but the red bowtie belongs on an older Monte and not a new one. Sorry man, just my .02 worth.

 

I'm 2 thumbs up on the red bowtie as well. Red and black look sweet together. Never liked the black and gold look. Actually I've never liked the gold look on anything... especially cars that use that as their primary color. Yuck... ranks right up there with silver and gray.

I just personally would never put an older models badge (of any kind) on a newer model vehicle. Plays it down in some way. I like the gold ones myself. The red ones are for the older SS models previous to 06-07. No totally debadging it is another story. Nice to see once I got my door sill plates that others are getting them now....darn followers!! J/K
