Default performance

So far I have the speedbuilt fenderwell intake from pfyc and i was wondering what other mods i should get to make my 04 ss non supercharged quicker. I was thinking u bend delete, no resonator, slp headers, and down pipe to take out cat and maybe an underdrive pulley. What other mods are good for the monte?

I've got a good downpipe for sale that would pump up the speed of your Monte.

I would avoid the SLP Headers though for 2 reasons. First is the link below,
https://montecarloforum.com/m_34983/tm.htm

2nd is it will remove too much of your lowend torque. PEMs would be a better way to improve the exhaust.

Also consider getting a bored out throttle body or a North* conversion kit.

If you are looking for more, then think turbo kit.

DHP can do it as well as HPTuners.

I would avoid Hypertech Programmers as they are very limited in application.

how did your intake fit did you have to modify any thing when you installed it?

then for performance i would get the u-bend delete and high flow cat because when i got mine that was the biggest difference for power that i saw with my upgrades

you've got the right idea's, no headers though,i wouldn't worry about those, so yah u-bend delete, resonator delete, and a high flow cat will help out
