Default Okay... What to do???

OKay guys i have a 1996 Monte Carlo LS and i have about $7000 dollars to spend on a entire rebuild of the car.. the car has 250,000 miles on it. and a v6 3.1L with 140,000 miles on the engine. What should i spend it on??

Honestly... Another car.

Basically you would just have to go with a new engine, so why not take a good $3500-5000 and buy a 6th Gen Monte with the 3.8, and then have fun with a top-swap.

Id just get a supercharged monte to begin with. Top swap is a pain to source parts...

That would be nice, but an 04/05 would still be over $7000

Maybe just find a nice GTP?

Those are rare, very hard to find. I look for those when looking for my Monte. I saw an elderly man driving an all white GTP looked Brand spanking new! and i just stared at him .. lol, he must have thought i was a fool...sort of.
