See? If everyone would just join forces and create one color in the center... it would be the best color ever....

Technically speaking, White and Black (along with gray and brown) are not colors. They are "Neutrals". Speaking from my freshman Fine Art classes.... :p

Don't get technical in color theory with a designer

There are multiple applications of color, to consider an absence of color is one, to mix a 256 for the primaries to make black is another.
