I have an 04 SS and i have read seen that there is a TSB for noise coming from the cluster. What kind of noise, the only noise I hear are the ganges setting themselves on start up or shut down. Is that what they are talking about?

I've heard of dead cluster or intermittent gauge issues that result in an R&R...... The gauges from what I have heard can not be repaired, or should I say cost effectively repaired anyway.
