Now that's a tastefully done wing, very nice. Did you paint it yourself or have a shop do it?
I did it myself a few weekends ago. I work at a body shop so I just took it in on a saturday and painted it.

It all depends on how much the paint costs. Look up the cost of shipping from your zipcode to 15367 and I can look up how much it costs for the paint. Is it primered already? I would take a guess that with adhesion promoter, sealer, base and clear you are probably looking at ATLEAST 100 bucks just for the materials. Paint prices are really cruising upward. If you figure in the cost of shipping up and back its gonna be pretty expensive. Its not really that much of a pain to do it so figure like50 bucks laborbut still add it all together plus the price of a spoiler and prepare to bend over. lol Nothing is cheap anymore. A shop might charge you about 100 bucks labor just to paint that thing.

Being primered would save time/money. I could just scuff and spray. Let me know what you want to do. I could probably take it into work one weekend and spray it real quick. Shouldnt take more than 2-3 hours.
