Default Need Opinion if I should buy this car

I found a 2004 Monte Carlo SS Supercharged with 85k and a clean title. They are asking $6695. I got the car fax.
Here is the link:

Let me know what you think. Also, if you think I can talk them down on the price since I am paying cash, can you give me some suggestions.

If I buy this car, I want to some modifications on it like change the rims out, stereo, maybe cold air intake, and more. I am new to modifying cars. If you can give me some suggestions and opinions it would be appreciated.

Higher miles, but the price and car look great. I don't think it's too bad of a deal at all, and I'm sure you'd love the Supercharger. There is a ton of information about how, and with what, to modify your car with on this forum. You've come to the right place. Just start searching and reading.

not a bad deal at all but if u look at the front bumper though the SS High Sport front lip piece is missing which might be as a result of an accident, deff use that to talk them down on price due to that piece being expensive to replace, other than that the car looks great & an amazing price for a supercharged one

Default ...should you buy.?

.....Should you buy this car ? Just check it over really good . I don't see what
03JGMONTE is noticing that's missing. License plate cover ? The angle is bad.
But do check it over thoroughlyfor any body damage. Check the oil and
other fluids. You might be ableto chew them down to $6200 - 6500.
Nice looking car though
My opinion: I would leave it just like it is but I'm an old guy but I may put
a K&N kit on mine some day ?
Good Luck

the car has the SS HIGH SPORT package & this car is missing the piece on the front bumper, if u look at the front bumper the part that is silver is just the front bumper painted while the rest of the silver on the car is a kit, & so this car is missing the piece for the front & it looks like they painted the front bumper to make it look like its there, hope this clears it up

Seems like a pretty good deal- what does the carfax say? Any reported wrecks or anything? Does the car look like it has been modded at all (specifically look at the SC pulley to see if it has been removed before).

Also on the like you posted they advertise two different mileages.
78, XXX and 85, XXX which one is it?

*edit*

Also, the engine bay photo looks too perfect.
Looks like an original photo, i mean everything is uber clean and shiney.
I doubt that's an actual engine bay shot.

Default ...to buy this car ?

I didn't catch the front painted and NOT the ground affect spoiler that should
be there. You guys have good eyes.
Yeah, that could be a pretty good coverup of something that's not right with
the car. The engine bay does lookTOO CLEAN for 78k or 85k . Don't
know about that ? Ask if they will let you track down the previous owner ?
It could answer some questions and save yourself some headaches down the
road.

Yes, the front piece of the ground effects is missing, but not only that, the factory chrome wheels are missing. It SHOULD have 17" chrome wheels, and NOT the 16" painted alloys that it has. I wouldn't even consider an offer until they put the car on a hoist and you looked under it to see what damage it has, cuz I'm betting there is some. And the price is TOO good, but hey, cash talks.
Here is a pic of my car. It clearly shows the front piece missing:
