Default Need Help Identifying Issue

Hey all. My 2006 FWD Monte Carlo has had starter issues 4 times now in the last 2 months. First, I'm assuming it was just old. The mechanic replaced it, but it ended up doing the same thing like a week later. He said it was a faulty starter and that it happens sometimes, and according to forums that's true. But he replaced it bc of warranty, and it was all good. Today, it did the same thing again, nearly 3-4 weeks later. Any ideas if it could be an underlying issue, or just really bad luck with starters? If underlying, what? What would be other symptoms of the underlying issue?

Thanks

Can you clarify what the issue is? Grinding, not engaging, not doing anything at all, etc.

Any unusual electrical activity when it happens? Loss of power, security light, etc
