Never heard about a NOS wheel. Whats it stand for? I know I should probably know...

I have a set of 17s that I painted myself. Paint is chipping off and would need to be cleaned off (just cause it looks crappy) before use. Where you from? Im near Chicago..

Hey I'm from Florida. I have a car with 4k on it and I got brake fluid on one and messed up the clear. A rim place redid the wheel and the clear definitely doesn't match the other 3. Looking hard for a new oem wheels
