I thought I would share my Monte's life story with you guys. I was able to find out a good bit about her going thru the paper work in her glove box. I even know one of her previous owners names and address. She is a 2002 Monte Carlo SS. She is black with black interior. She was purchased brand new on September 25, 2001 at Sylvester Chevrolet in Peckville PA with 12 miles on her. She then spent three years of her life in Lake Ariel PA where her first owners lived. Then she was purchased by her second owners as a GM certified used car on September 11, 2004 with 29,825 miles at Valley Chevrolet in Wilkes Barre PA. She was then taken to auction on April 26, 2010 and purchased by Rogers Auto Sales in Waynesboro PA where she sat on the lot for about five months and then I came along and purchased her on September 14, 2010 with 86,471 miles. She now lives with me in Smithsburg MD. September seems to be her month lol kinda weird how she was always purchased in September. I have done a lot to her in the almost two years I have had her. This includes:

New A/C condensor
New lower intake gasket
New upper intake
Valve cover gaskets
Plugs and wires
New coolant elbows
Repainted entire car
New headlights and LED taillights
New ram air hood
New nascar spoiler
New resonator
Tinted windows
Fixed drivers heated seat

lol I bought my '04 Monte in September of '08. Not sure when the last owner bought her, I may have to look that up....

I just looked up my Monte records, the original owner did NOT buy it in September, but did have an accident with it in September of '04 (a few months AFTER buying it). I "technically" did not buy mine in September, I did the deal 8/31/08 but transferred the title a week later. Close enough, I'll still say I bought it in September!! lol!
