Trewyn, it doesn't come right back on when I reset it.

And fine, fine, Mike, I'll unplug it instead of cleaning it omg lol.

Why not reset it before testing then?

And unplugging it should be fine, I would just check it once a month maybe and mark where the coolant is at. That way you know it's not dropping.

It's a faulty system, it's always going to get gummed up haha. It's not worth the hassle, you lose fluid everytime you pull the sensor out.

If you want to clean it, I would wait until you are doing a radiator flush personally
