That's a good lookin' Monte. As far as cutting the springs go...not really a good idea. Your ride quality and handling will suffer. If you do decide to cut them I would only remove about 1/4 of a coil at a time until you achieve the desired ride height. If you cut 2 full coils initially you may end up with the inner fender wells sitting on the tires.

Looks good in pictures that is all that matters. I have dents in my front and rear drivers side too but they are not that noticable in pics.

what springs and struts are you on?

I would get the right springs to drop it further or look into coilovers. You will have a rougher ride on cut springs and the struts probably won't last as long.
