I already have lowering springs on it but they only managed to give 1 inch of drop. Now 7 months later it hasn't gone down more so ill cut those springs (two loops per spring) and finally achieve the stance i desire
That's a good lookin' Monte. As far as cutting the springs go...not really a good idea. Your ride quality and handling will suffer. If you do decide to cut them I would only remove about 1/4 of a coil at a time until you achieve the desired ride height. If you cut 2 full coils initially you may end up with the inner fender wells sitting on the tires.

what springs and struts are you on?
I would get the right springs to drop it further or look into coilovers. You will have a rougher ride on cut springs and the struts probably won't last as long.
